Which department stores still use their own banks for their credit cards?

It’s a clothing store rather than a department store, but I know Talbot’s still uses it’s own bank, obviously titled Talbot’s National Bank. Also, JCPenney uses the JCPenney National Bank.

To mention the stores you inquired about, Macy’s uses Department Stores National Bank (also a very fitting name), Walmart uses GE Money Bank, and Bestbuy uses HSBC.
